Emotional Support

Hello there!

Let's talk about emotions and tragedy. Why? Because I am absolutely convinced that emotions and tragedies play a significant role in our health or lack thereof. Why do I say this? Because all my clients are stressed...some from the average RAT RACE and others from actual trauma...whether physical or emotional.

As an advocate, I am committed to increasing my knowledge in this area. However, while I am deficient in this area I have not hesitated to find another practitioner who can lead you to an alternative health solution!

That someone is my colleague James Cook, PFT. Mr. Cook has been trained under Dr. Hamer through German New Medicine. The theory of German New Medicine is founded on the principle that every DISEASE originates from an unexpected shock/traumatic experience. This tragedy then not only affects the psyche, but also the part of the brain that corresponds biologically to the specific trauma. The response of the unexpected tragedy could lead to tumor growth, tissue degeneration, or functional loss of a body part(s).

Dr. Hamer has over 40,000 documented case studies to back up his theory. Upon the resolution of the emotional conflicts of his clients HEALING took place. This was not an overnight fix...it was/is a process.

Is this not thrilling to know? If you can resolve your unexpected emotional links leading to illness it may lead you to physical healing...perhaps even in ways that will be unexpected!

I am pleased to announce Mr. Cook will be visiting my office May 19-29 of 2009. I have been setting up appointments for clients to meet with him. He has 10 appointments left. Please contact me via email at info@healthsolutions4me.com for more information or to schedule an appointment.

If you are experiencing chronic illness and you have unresolved emotional issues, please contact me. Do not wait any longer to get on the road to health!

My hope is that one day I will be an expert in this area. But until then, I will refer my clients with emotional needs to James Cook PFT of Las Vegas, NV. I am confident he will be able to help you in the process of becoming well.

Good day!

This is Amanda Costello, CPhT, encouraging you to Live Well...Naturally!

Let's talk about hormones...

Hi there and welcome to my blog!

My first discussion will focus on natural hormone replacement therapy. What is it? It is replacing hormones using hormones that identically match what our bodies naturally produce. They are derived from precursors of soy and yam plants. There are many different names associated with natural hormone replacement therapy: bio-identical hormones, compounded hormones, plant-based hormones, and customized hormones.

What makes natural hormones different from "conventional" hormones? Most (not all) conventional hormones are synthetic...not biochemically identical to what our bodies naturally produce. What is wrong with that? It means they are foreign to our body. Whereas, compounded, plant hormones are identical and naturally produced by our body.

Does everyone over a certain age need hormone replacement therapy? Not necessarily. There are many reasons we may/may not need hormone therapy. This is why it is important when you are contemplating hormone replacement therapy that you work with someone who will take a holistic approach. Stress, diet, weight, and exercise are all important factors in gaining and maintaining hormone balance. Proper assessment of hormones levels via saliva testing is also extremely important.

Do not make hasty decisions. No hormone therapy is without risks. Educate yourself and become your own advocate. After all, it is your health!
